If I could rate it zero I would. I could not get them to deliver refilled tanks. The billing department said my insurance would not cover the concentrator and tanks even though the hospital ran the required test twice proving I had to have oxygen. I finally called them and told them to come get it all. I'm using a different company now.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Over a week trying to get Oxygen for my husband. The local branch does not answer the phone and you get redirected to call center that can't do anything but tell you that you will get a call back which never ever happens!!!!!!!!!! I didn't even want to give 1 star but had no choice

Terrible terrible customer service. I am now 3 days waiting for someone to call me. Have spoken to 4 different people and always someone will get back to you. As of today I'm done. Useless!!!!
