Good training by the therapist however was not given my customer ID # so I can not use the app or monitor my billing’s . Can not reach anyone. Terrible terrible customer service!
I have been using Lincare for 5 years and would recommend them as reliable and professional in the equipment and services they provide.
MR Teets is a great Resp therapist and a great person . He sensed the urgency of my situation and waited 45 minutes after closing time until I get all settled with a new machine . My old machine was making engine noises that prevented me from sleeping . We also went through the setting and made me leave with a smile . He made a Great encounter for me .
