Thanks John, for your understanding, for telling me to call my insurance with my “sob story” about finally getting used to my CPAP machine too late in the probation period. John, I have a good memory and you simply didn’t tell me about the time expectations and if I’m wrong and you did, your company did not send me the multiple written compliance notices you claim to have. Seriously man, you need to work on how you talk to people.
Not very thorough, I’ve been battling with them for six months trying to get my CPAP supplies and they keep telling me that my insurance is blocking them from sending my supplies, well I called my insurance and they don’t understand why they would say that, someone better get their shit together and figure it out, because I can’t keep doing this
Good training by the therapist however was not given my customer ID # so I can not use the app or monitor my billing’s . Can not reach anyone. Terrible terrible customer service!
