MR Teets is a great Resp therapist and a great person . He sensed the urgency of my situation and waited 45 minutes after closing time until I get all settled with a new machine . My old machine was making engine noises that prevented me from sleeping . We also went through the setting and made me leave with a smile . He made a Great encounter for me . LINCARE is there for me I never have any doubt of service no problems of any kind. Customer service is very kind and pleasant and understanding of my needs very easy to talk to I thank them appreciate them and their support and service.
My wife started CPAP therapy four months ago and we chose Lincare as her supplier despite its poor reviews because no other supplier seemed better. While the people at the Garfield Heights office have been very nice, communication has been a nightmare. This includes communication between that office and the physician's office to transmit information that is required for insurance purposes, and communication between the Garfield Heights office and the separate branch of Lincare that handles supplies. Yes the product I have isn't that bad after all it has one default the carry around oxygen tank battery life span doesn't last for 4 hours and I am disappointed about that!!!
