Friendly, thorough, quick & respectful at a reasonable price.
very little, if any, follow up support. called the office 4 times and was told the respiratory therapist was busy. finally got through and was told I needed to call another branch, as that was where my account was, even though I received the machine and training at the branch I initially called; staff very rude and unprofessional; if I continue with a CPAP machine, I will look into some other provider

Thanks John, for your understanding, for telling me to call my insurance with my “sob story” about finally getting used to my CPAP machine too late in the probation period. John, I have a good memory and you simply didn’t tell me about the time expectations and if I’m wrong and you did, your company did not send me the multiple written compliance notices you claim to have. Seriously man, you need to work on how you talk to people.
