AGENCY HAS TAKEN OVER 13 WEEKS ON DELIVERING MY MOTHER'S HOSPITAL BED. AFTER WE CONTINUOUSLY CALL TO ASK THEY ALWAYS GIVE US EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS AGENCY TO BOTH MEDICAID AND MEDICARE BECAUSE MY MOTHER IS ACCUMULATING MORE ULCERS DUE TO STILL NOT RECEIVING HER BED WHICH I AM MORE THAN POSITIVE THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ALREADY PAID FOR. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
