The building is surrounded by construction that occurs from 7am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. I truly have not had a good night of sleep in almost a year and it’s impossible tow took from home because of how loud the construction is. We were told that the noise wouldn’t be an issue when we first moved in but that was a lie. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

To judging too many people observing your obvious to figure why you are there in their neighborhood clearly it’s subtle, but not really so that’s my reasoning for rating it it one star
Construction every day and on weekends starting at 7AM surrounding on 4 sides of the building. Leasing and management hide this information when signing this building. Apartment is basically unliveable, cannot sleep or work from home due to the noise. Management will say they cannot do anything about it and brush your issues away. Also frequent issues with water not running.
Fantastic building, big fitness center, gorgeous rooftop views! The front desk team is welcoming and helpful.
