Would not recommend living here. The views are great, the surroundings are not. I relocated here for work, excited to be back in my hometown and near downtown. Since I’ve moved here, I have been threatened and chased by a mentally ill unhoused person from the pedestrian walkway out front into the front lobby (while walking my dogs, and minding my business). I had a wonderful time touring and speaking with Sofia and Ashley! It seems the hot tub and pool are up and running, and the facilities were all very clean. I was surprised how the laundry facilities looked, as I'm use to a lot of downtown properties not taking proper care of their laundry facility. Ashley was very knowledgeable when I spoke with her on the phone, and Sofia was very kind in person. Absolutely horrible staff. If you want your home to be entered without your consent- your apartment to be damaged by maintenance (and then YOU charged for it) this is the place. Spent over a year repairing the building making it impossible to enjoy being at home let alone work from home. Constant endangerment to my pet due to them replacing the window and leaving a GIANT HOLE IN THE WALL FOR DAYS. And then did I mention the ROACHES every trash day? This place is disgusting and they will treat you worse than Walmart customer ... read more
