I had same issue as Chris in a review below. Completely illegal behavior charging excessive fees for standard wear-and-tear when moving out. Oregon law prohibits that, but they abuse the fact that most people won’t take it to court.
Would not recommend living here!! The views are great, the surroundings are not. I relocated here for work, excited to be back in my hometown and near downtown. Since I’ve moved here, I have been threatened and chased by a mentally ill unhoused person from the pedestrian walkway next to the 245 building into the front lobby (while walking my dogs, and minding my business). I was terrified and called the police. I don’t feel safe here. Its also impossible to get a good night sleep here because I can hear everything my upstair... read more
