Great company that you can trust. Water heater went out and Joey came by to check it. Turned out to be a quick fix and he was done in a few minutes. Would use again.
On the 1st of May 2025, we had to replace a toilet bowl unit that was cracked and installed by the worst plumbers in Columbus, Georgia, Ben Franklin Plumbing service, in July 2018. I contacted Mr. Joey and his plumbing technicians, Mr. Bruce and Mr. Mackenzie, who were just magnificent in the replacement of a brand-new toilet bowl unit. I can't begin to tell how polite, professional, and knowledgeable Joey and his staff are. He came out on short notice to fix a leaking toilet and rapidly fixed it. 10/10 service and very friendly!
Yes, completed a replacement of two Moen 1224 bathroom faucet cartridges in a very timely and professional manner on the 12th of April 2024. Thanks, for the excellent plumbing service as before.
