This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The workmanship was careless, the staff acted unprofessionally, and I felt completely disrespected as a customer. When I pointed out the issues with my service, instead of trying to resolve them or apologize, the salon handled the situation in a very unprofessional way, making the experience even more frustrating. Considering the prices they charge, the quality of service was simply unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to anyone.
Hello, I’m leaving this note because I’m confused about the pricing from my visit today. I was told my nails were $50 and my pedicure was $12, which should have come to around $62 before any small fees they added they self . However, I ended up being charged $100 and I’m not understanding where the extra charges came from. I would appreciate a breakdown of the total or clarification on what additional services or fees were added, because I wasn’t made aware of them during my appointment. Thank you.
Went today and all of a sudden they are closed! Business gone! Without notice!
