Linan painted my house, in June 2024, which has vinyl lap siding. The project took only a few days, using 3 different paint colors, and it was completed within 3 weeks after signing the contract. After 6 months, the house paint still looks like new. The crew was very friendly, diligent, informative, accomodating, used high quality materials, and did excellent work. Their price was very competitive, stayed within budget, and completed the project to our complete satisfaction. We would hire them again.

Linan Construction has done several jobs for me now, and we have others on the books. The jobs have been both inside and outside, and with different crews. They are always on time, polite, professional, clean, and provided free estimates, flexibility, and a fair price. I look forward to each project, and I know they care about the quality of the finished job. Projects include driveway approach, sliding glass door, original doorway rework (from standard pass-through to finished barn door slider.) And whatever I dream up next.
Linan Construction re-sided my 24x32 garage and 12x12 shed with Hardi Lap Siding, painted both buildings in two colors for body and trim, replaced two 36" exterior steel doors with framing, and installed one storm door. All their work was done with excellent quality, expediently, and within budget. All Linan staff from admin/contract, owner/quality control, and on-site workers, and the painting subcontractor were excellent to work with and very good communicators and accomodating whenever questions came up.
