0 stars - had a prepaid appointment/reservation and they were closed when I arrived - no sign and no answer on phone
I booked an appointment for 10:00am (when they open) through ClassPass. I called the day before to confirm my appointment to be sure! I arrived and and sat there for 30 minutes giving them a chance to show up. I called the business multiple times, nobody picked up. Thankfully ClassPass refunded me! Very unprofessional in my opinion.
1st time here She did an amazing job and gave exactly what I asked for. Been back twice since then and everytime within a week one breaks. Acrylic is so thin that it might as well not be there
