Dr. Mubarak Mitchell and her staff mostly have been neglectful and the office manager will not return phone calls for past 2weeks MA doesn't send lab orders and they don't send medication without calling for reminders to do there job they have not. I have seen them neglect my wife Dannielle Baker and she has been Dr Mitchell a patient since 2011 and I know about her personal life and I will not put it out here but they pick and choose it seems like be cautious of all Mercy endocrinology and I mean all locations I really hope... read more
I have been a patient of Dr Mitchell since 2011 and she was decent then but what I do know is that it seems like for the past 4 years she has neglected to be able to take care of my specific needs even though I've asked her if I was too brittle and she said no it was fine she said she'd give me a transplant referral for a pancreas she never sent it I have problems getting medication so I use expired insulin because they won't fill out prior authorizations her nurse or MA if that's what they're called she will not send lab or... read more
