Be careful. This agent will put you in a condo and not watch for your safety nor offer information. I think this is due to lack of experience in River North along Chicago Ave. We were sold a condo by this agent in a very vulnerable to crime area of River North close to River West. When asked about crime is what was disclosed was not honest. In addition, this condo has raised HOAs over 15% in two years. This agent is not the best.
