I scheduled an appointment for 3pm. They moved it to 3:30pm without my consent. And again to 4pm without my consent. Appointments are an agreement between the business and the customer.

I have been going to Lina for the past 11 years! I started with her when she was working at Chatter's and followed her over to her downtown location! I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else! Today she asked if her new employee, Jon, could do my hair! I was hesitant, but I know Lina wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair if she didn't trust them! He did fantastic! 110% would recommend Lina to anyone!
