Arrived 10 minutes early for a cleaning appointment, hygienist arrived 10 minutes late. He proceeded to scrape my teeth, polished them and did not floss between my teeth. Dr. Kim came in for the exam. I told her the bridge she put in 6 months ago did not fit properly. She completed the exam in about 1 minute and proclaimed all was OK and left. She never acknowledged what I said about the bridge. Underwhelmed by the lack of attention and then overcharged for the service. I will never go back.
I wish I could leave a review for their dental services, but this office is so incompetent I've not even been able to schedule an appt. I used the "Request an Appointment" link on their website more than 1 month ago asking for a new patient appt with the hopes of setting up regular, ongoing treatment. No phone call. No email. No text message. Nothing. Not a peep in response. Don't publish a link inviting appt requests if you aren't going to respond. Horrible practice.
Bathroom sink never works, they scheduled me before 6 months and is untrained interns to help out. Never going back
