Parent The office staff is unpolite & unpatient. I just want to make appt. with doctor but called at 9:00am be put on hold for 20 mins; 10:30am again on hold; 10:35am again on hold. I told her I did not want to be hold but I had not finished my sentence, I was put on hold again. She did not even know what I want and just put me on hold. What if this is a emergency case? If you are a parent, will you take it? I would never visit his office again.
