Only PAs see you calling themselves Doctors. PA never turned to see what I was showing her on my skin. She kept writing and writing and always in a hurry. Never return a call with an answer. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Not sure if my doctor was Dr Lin, but whoever it was dermatologist in McAllen made me feel super comfortable, welcomed, important and actually cared for my concerns. Super Nice Dr I would loved to go again if anything .
He is the best dermatologist, very professional , excellent treatment, amazing doctor, very happy with the results
Dr Lin will be my go to physician for skin carcinomas and I’ve had several. His experience and thoroughness are appreciated. His staff is really great too.
Dr. Harboldt is amazing! However, his office staff is less than adequate when setting up appointments or speaking to patients. I was scheduled to see Dr. Harboldt for a follow up but staff neglected to inform me he would be in Laredo, so now I mist wait ANOTHER week to see him. Extremely frustrated with such ineptitude!
I would not recommend Dr. Lin to family or friends. I was infected with MRSA after surgery for melanoma in his office.
Great service, friendly environment and professionalism. Unfortunately I have have to drive an hour to see Dr Lin but it is totally worth it.
They said I probably had skin cancer even though two follow up visits with two different dermatologist (one a much more seasoned and well regarded dermatologist in the valley) did not understand how they drew that conclusion. They did a biopsy and did not explain to me what it would entail until they were holepunching a piece of skin out of my neck! Horrible bedside manner, horrible experience. If I had not been pregnant I would have followed up with a formal complaint- I just wanted to move on.
