I've been seeing Dr Lin for years. I was brought here by my parents who have been seeing him prior to that. Definitely make an appointment here, the schedules are set up where you're not waiting half a day in the waiting room to see the doctor. Dr Lin is very thorough with what he does. He has a very gentle touch so it's not like some other offices I had been to previously. Marie at the front desk means well and will accommodate you as much as possible. I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO, but the dental office don’t accept dental insurance. They want me to pay them cash in full first , then they will file claim to insurance, if they get any amount from insurance , they will reimburse me . After 5 month, the dental office said they are tired of talking to insurance, and complain that the insurance company keeping making mistake not sending check. Eventually, they want me to call insurance and ask them to send check to me!!! Ridiculous !
