I have used this office for several years satisfactorily. Dr Tou Lin seems very competent. However he is not the only doctor in the office and my appointment with Dr Chen was delayed because Chen did not even arrive at the office until 30 minutes after my appointment time. His lack of concern for the patients schedule is unsatisfactory.
I've been going to Dr Tou for the past 30 years, he has always been a kind and caring doctor.
