Dr Lin is very good and explains all issues and required treatment
Dr. Lin is absolutely amazing, He is definitely in the correct line of work. Dr. Lin listens to your concerns and gives you a variety of options to help you. He is very professional and cares about you.
Dr Lin was thorough, kind, patient and most of all clear about what was to happen months prior to and day of surgery. I felt completely safe in his steady hands and all went well. Excellent bedside manner. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for several of the staff at the rundown Ear and Eye hospital on E14th. There were exceptions. And am grateful for them. Great visit
Had a great experience
I saw Dr. Lin for sleep apnea relief - specifically the implantation of the Inspire sleep apnea device. Dr. Lin was, from the start, very communicative about what the process and procedure would entail. At the beginning, it was very hard to reach his office - I had to be persistent to get an appointment. But once the process was started, he was a complete professional and very thorough with follow up after the procedure was completed - answering emails within minutes and great bedside manner.
Had a really good experience. Surgery went well and breathing thru my nose significantly better day in and day out.
I saw Dr. Lin to diagnoise the cause of cronic nasal congestion in my left sinus. During the appointment he answered all my questions and had a pleasant bed-side manner. He ordered a CT scan which I completed a week later. Two weeks later I had not heard bsack so I sent him an email using "My Chart" Mt. Sinais doctor/patient communication system. After 2 emails over a week and no response, I called his office a few times in the course of a week, again no response. Time to find another ENT.
