This is the WORST DENTAL PRACTICE EVER! Every appointment Ive had, they are always very delayed. I have had to wait for over two hours once. Then when they schedule follow up appointments, Im not even asked as to what works for me. They are not kid friendly, theyre office is out dated and filthy. I cant go in with my child because they are concerned about violating HIPPA laws yet, they consult with their patient in the hallway where I can hear everything. really bad experience i went there in pain and walked out in even more pain just to go to the hospital within two days with a really bad infection. this is the second time i had been here and both times he has broke my roots off and was unable to get them out. I would not recomend him to anyone.
Was told to be there 30-45 minutes early the first time. Waited almost 2 hours to get in. Waited 45 minutes to get in the second time, 30 minutes the third time. At one time, I called in three days before my appointment to reschedule, no one answered the phone, and then the phone gave me a weird noise. The phone was not working! I finally got through them on day five, and explained everything. They said their phone gave me that noise because their answering machine was fulled. They have to charge me a no show fee. Dr lin did not even introduce hiself and then when i wanted to talk about a treatment plan he said - dont talk make appointment; we cant talk all day, then they wantted to charge ne for a consultation which was not given and would not let me take my ex-rays which i paid \$15.00 extra for we busy.
I am pleased with the care this dentist office gave my child. The procedures were painless & quick. While waiting, I observed a new patient complaining about the wait, which was less than 10 minutes. Then the lady up front was being yelled at over the phone. I got the impression that the patient wanted something that needed an appointment but did not want to make the appointment. i didnt have a problem with my visit. the nurse was very nice to me.and the lady at the front helped me save \$69 .i have another app. coming soon. when i made my app. on the phone the lady let me hold the app. until i called my boyfreind to make sure the time was ok.
