Jeff and the team did an excellent job on our Jeep. They’re consistently great to work with and always deliver quality service.
They couldn’t make it any easier. They accept walk-ins, but I did call for an appointment. Unlike the dealership I used to go to where they told me what days and times they had available Bethman gave me the day and the time that I asked for I said I would wait for the car, but I was going to walk around in the neighborhood and visit with a friend the mechanic that was going to work on my car said he would call me as soon as it was ready, everything was done within one hour
Three years later and I'm still coming back - that says everything. The team is always kind, helpful, and super easy to talk to. They remember their customers. I really appreciate their honesty and the quality of their work. It feels more like visiting friends than going to an auto shop.
My wife and I bring our vehicles here. We have had a great experience. They are the best in and around Newtown!
