5 years with them now. Very pretty office over in St James. Met with the owner, Linda, to establish management of our condo community. She makes good sense when you talk, so that made myself and my fellow board members comfortable that we would get good service long-term. Almost unanimously, every single person in our community that said they called LIMS with a problem has said EXACTLY the same thing: "They don't do anything".
