I have taken all my cars to Lims for at least 15 years and have always had a good experience. This last time I had a tune up and the timing belt was changed. It wasn't lined up and it began to tear. I called him and he of course was more than willing to fix. I understand work can not be great 100% of the time, what matters is they were glad to fix without issues. Only reason that I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars. I will still take my cars to Lims.
My car recently had an oil leak, so I had it fixed here. They fixed it very quickly and it's been working fine ever since. After that, I had a hard time starting the car, so I changed the car battery and the key battery, but the car still had a hard time starting. I came here again to check that issues. I thought start motor is something wrong. Mr. Lim checked everything and said there was no problem. Then he found that my keychain had another car key that can connected wrong way.
