Worst service I have ever experienced. My bridesmaids wallet was stollen, the air conditioning didn't work, he radio didn't work... I called and complained all week to finally get the unperfessional owner who handed the phone away and said I'm not dealing with this. I will not stop complaining until I get my money back.

We rented a limo from Church Hill limo 2081 S 56th St West Allis WI. When the limo arrived it was the wrong size that we walked thru when renting it, the radio didn't work, the air conditioning was out, the driver never came out escorted us in or helped us. Later after getting to our reception my bridesmaid purse with her debit card and $100 was missing. We called the limo service who was very rude and said they couldn't look in the limo til Monday. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY SERVICE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!!! • The owners & the service are very unprofessional and don’t stand by their word • It’s not a guarantee that you will receive the vehicle you requested • You will not get air conditioning but cool air • The radio stations do not come in very clear • No refunds of any kind Good luck getting "luxury at it's finest" from Churchill limousines ….we sure didn't

Beware of their service it was the worst ride. No working air and just awful service Beware of this limo service - they are a sham outfit- we rented there limo for our event and the ride was awful with absolutely no air circulation- when we called there attitude was that it was in the contract that they have only air cooling - However this was also not there - the limo had no air circulation period. We will not recommend this service to any of our friends or family.

Our office was using this limo service for our staff outing to the Jimmy Buffet concert, I don't think it is pertinent but we are a dental office. When we booked our limo over the phone with Ken, we were very excited, we had decided on the black limo with the "poles" and giant TV. We asked the bus to meet us at our office at 3 pm so when we showed up at 2:45 we were very surprised to see a giant white bus in our parking lot. The service was friendly and very professional. Rosemary and Ken were so easy to work with considering we had such a huge wedding requiring two coach buss' and three limousines. My day was perfect and my guests were so impressed with the class and professionalism that Churchill III showed that we have had several friends and family tell us that they can"t wait to have a Churchill III limo at their next event.
