We were completely misled by the owner of this company. We were quoted a round trip cost of $550 to be picked up in Billings and delivered to Buffalo WY and then to be picked up in Buffalo MT and delivered to the Billings airport. Upon arrival in Billings we were told they needed a SUV to get us there and it would be $625. We agreed to the fee increase even thought when we arrived at our destination over half the vehicles were sedans. An SUV was absolutely not necessary. Had a normal decent experience setting up the appointment over the phone with Ron. However, fast forward to the week of my wedding, and there is no call to confirm, and they do not show up. Scheduled an 8 passenger ride for my wedding party for 10:30pm. I was at the site until midnight and still no limo had shown. (Was there not in hopes they’d show—at this point I could see they weren’t coming. Stayed talking with family before driving our own car back to the hotel.)
