First, the pricing is misleading. The initial quote doesn’t include a mandatory 20% gratuity, which they charge immediately after booking. DO NOT BOOK. Extremely misleading, terrible customer service. Although the driver Andre, and correspondence prior to booking was a delight (or so I thought..) I decided to book a car service back in December for a Galentine's event in February. I let the agent Shawn know what I was looking for and made sure to ask for pictures of what we'd be booking.
