The bus canceled last minute 10 minutes before prom. Was set to be the day after when we scheduled it the day before. No confirmation email, no call. Didn’t let us get another bus. Worst service ever, let us stranding for prom. This was all their fault and i don’t recommended booking at all. If i could give zeros I would.
