The bus canceled last minute 10 minutes before prom. Was set to be the day after when we scheduled it the day before. No confirmation email, no call. Didn’t let us get another bus. Worst service ever, let us stranding for prom. This was all their fault and i don’t recommended booking at all. If i could give zeros I would.
If I could give this company negative stars I would!! My daughter and I booked a party bus for 16 of her friends for prom! I currently have 16 girls at my house dressed and ready to go and NO PARTY BUS! I just received a text saying that my reservation was for Saturday April 26th when I clearly said Friday April 25th!!!
