They dont even get any starts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are nothing but scammers. I booked them to surprise my mom for her 70th birthday. They called me the week of telling me the rolls royce was broken and the part would not be in until like a month. I told him I wanted my money back and would not be using a 300 Chrysler and he said ok. Now he doesnt want to give me my money back. This man is a scammer. He will see me in court.
Stay away from this company, as Jom Hagmaier of Germantown TN takes clients money's, and charges them 20% for driver gratuity which they never get. Limo Express vehicles are not properly maintained, cleaned, or equipped on a daily basis. Jim tells his employees/driver to cut the runs short by 20-30 on Hispanics and African Americans who rent from Limo Express. This company has bad review and rating all around. Jim Hagmaier of Germantown TN is scam artist at best. He charges customer 20% for driver gratuity and the driver never gets it at the end of the run. Jom Hagmaier tells his drivers to cut run short by 20-30 minutes if the clients are either Hispanic or African American.
