They're a decent company to work for until you're let go. Then they say and do whatever they can to avoid having to pay out unemployment.
After the Jet Stream visited the beginning of the week I found that one of the supports for my woodstove had been ripped out. The stack was very unstable. Limmer had done other small repairs for me in the past. I called and talked to Cody. During the day I saw that we were in for another serious weather front. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a very questionable company. Our experience from them was that they replaced our roof that had a 25 year warranty; shortly thereafter, we were selling our home. The buyers used them for the inspection and were told the entire roof needed replaced and it could not be certified. No actual notes were made. They simply provided a bid to replace the roof for over \$7000.We hired a home inspector who did NOT have a financial interest in the property, who said our roof was in excellent condition. They inspected our brand new roof for the sale of our home and told the perspective buyer the roof needed replacing due to damage on an eave The roof could not be in better shape..they did not recommend a repair but of course a total replacement that they could do for the tune of 5000.00. CROOKED CROOKED!! Not sure what they were thinking...we would NEVER hire them to fix it! We will be getting our roof certified soon by a reputable company!
