I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis for the last few years. I saw Dr Limmany in 2023, (after seeing another foot doctor who was awful) and Dr Limmany was so kind, caring and LISTENED!! It was the first time in a long time that I started to feel relief. He listened to me, worked with me and gave me some great tips.
I called to make an appointment and I asked twice if I needed to bring anything like my Alberta healthcare card or anything just to make sure and I was reassured twice that I wouldn’t need anything and when I did, the receptionist immediately gave me attitude, and when I offered other solutions when I didn’t bring it, she was rude even though I explained to her that I was told I didn’t need it.
I just called to book in as a new patient to this clinic and was very disappointed with the receptionist who seemed very bothered by my call. Opted to find another clinic. First impressions are so important.
