I called to see about scheduling a new-patient appointment. I was asked several minutes of questions before I interrupted to confirm if any providers were taking new patients or if they accepted my insurance. I was then advised that they weren't taking my insurance, despite being listed on my insurance company's site as doing so, as well as their own website, and was told that they no longer have a contract with my insurance company. The 1st counselor I went to was so sweet and kind, the 2nd one was so rude and showed absolutely no feelings. She was more concerned with the medication I was taking and not the emotions I was seeking help for. She kept asking me questions which obviously is here job but everything she was asking was in my medical notes. Yes I had read them. When I asked her if she had even read them, she told me I didn't have to be rude. At that point I was done and walked out.

I have been through a lot of counseling in my lifetime, but I have stuck with Limitless Life Counseling all these years for a reason. I came here originally and saw Joshua Dugger as a therapist, then when I needed a different approach to therapy, Josh recommended me to Breanne Young, and she has helped me far more than any therapist ever has. I've been coming here for a year or so, and Josh has helped me so much with my anxiety. It's such a good feeling to let some stuff off your chest and receive a way to cope in return. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and helpful. Me and my brother are so happy to be going here. Thank you Josh, you have helped me more than you realize
