I had a fantastic appointment with Dr. Colleen today. My lower back was jammed. It had been for longer than I thought. I’m pretty sure it started the day I stood too long chatting with a neighbor. Looking back, all the signs were there: tenderness, discomfort when walking, and even trouble keeping my foot on the brake pedal at stoplights. I now realize my skeleton hadn’t been moving properly.
