I think I tried out about 5 different gyms in Penrith and none of them had what I was looking for, until I found limitless. The workouts here are next level, and the trainers push you to your absolute limit. You know every time you step foot in the gym you are going to get the best workout. I signed a membership at the owners last gym and he wouldn't give me a contract I had to block my account so he could not take anymore money my mother and my carer had to intervene to get my signed contract I do not want to have any more business dealing with him
I first interacted with Michael who has been a very strong support throughout my whole journey with Limitless. He stuck by me for the full 12 months and even when things weren't great he was an incredible support and lifted me back up. What appealed to me with Limitless is the rotations every 15 mins and the intervals every 5 or 6 minutes. The variety of exercises throughout the week allowed my muscles to grow, fat to burn and recovery easier. Thanks Michael & Limitless Regretably have to move closer to the city for work
Great Gym! The standout feature for me has been the coaches—they're not only super knowledgeable but also really supportive. Every coach takes the time to understand what you’re aiming for and any past injuries you might have, making sure your workout is both safe and effective.
