We have been very happy with Limited Edition Lawn Care, this will be our third summer using them. Grant, who is the owner came out and walked the lawn with me (1 acre) to see all the problem areas. He then explained the issues our lawn had to me and what he recommended for treatment. He was very polite and gave me a lot of good information. He sent me a proposal via email the next day and we decided to hire him. Grant does all the treatments and has come out when I have had a lawn question a few times, no charge.
