I’ve been dealing with the most difficult year of my life mentally and my visit with Michelle has helped me manage the stress levels in my body. I feel more at peace and relaxed in my body and will be returning to her on a regular basis. I’m starting to feel more like myself again.

The teas and tinctures have made an incredible difference in my day to day. The creatrix and focus tinctures help me at work. The hot-headed tincture helps to mellow me out after a stressful day. There’s also a good variety of incredibly tasty teas, including restful sleep which helps my insomnia when it is acting up.

Fantastic massage with great attention to detail! The space is incredibly relaxing and Michelle helped some long standing shoulder tension that I have. Her teas, incense, and tinctures are also amazing!

REALLY great massage and overall experience. I have a lot of chronic pain and some joint issues, so I was looking for a massage therapist who could navigate my stress areas while also avoiding areas too painful to touch. Y'all this is the place! Michelle is super professional, caring, and attentive. The space is very relaxing, and you even get delicious herbal tea at the end. Cannot recommend enough!
