Too many trees and the grounds need to be more cleaner.
Had a charity meeting here facility is immaculate n great kitchen to serve lunch etc.
I currently live in Limetree Communty. I bought in 2015. There was a guard at the gate 24/7, security car at night, HOA fees were approximately $875 every three months. In 2018 was hit with an assessment fee of $3000 for roofs that were put on in 2013 because they did not charge the people at that time. Fast forward to 2021, they took away guard at gate, no security car driving around, and no refund on security fees. HOA costs now? Approximately $1301every three months! Something is not right here.
