Worst neighborhood....homes are old and not well maintained. A must skip...
I was trying to buy a 1 bedroom in this community. As I was doing an inspection. I’ve decided to approach across street owner. I asked her about if is any assessments going on. She was extremely rude and started lecturing me. It was horrible experience I felt that I was discriminated because I am a foreigner. It turned out she is the president of condo association. She told me horrible things about the condo I was trying to buy. I got out of my contract right way. Who wants to live right across such hostile person.
Our family members live there. It's very organized n kept on time with all the projects..
Too many trees and the grounds need to be more cleaner.
