A great massage is what everyone should strive for, not just a good one. Tish Nazarok accomplishes a great massage by commuicating about problems before we start. She has a commanding knowledge of the massage techniques and method. I had back and leg problems for over 20 years. Tish has the major back back problems gone!!! Before coming to Limestone Therapeutic Massage, I was in soooo much pain, I had developed shoulder pain or possibly on my way to a Torn Rotator Cuff. Before coming to Therapeutic Massage and finding my Therapist Greg, I was taking 75mg of Tramadyl for pain back in May of 2014. But after coming and having my shoulder specifically worked on, as of the end of June, I was no longer taking pain pills. Limestone Therapeutic Massage is located by the Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware in a nice professional building with plenty of parking. The lobby and massage rooms are neat, clean and well appointed, but the BEST part is the massage. I had a deep tissue massage with special focus on my calf muscles which I had injured years before.
