I had knee surgery there and I will never have anything done there again. The nurse assigned to me was very uncaring and rough. I almost fell after knee surgery and she made no effort to assist me. I stabilized myself with the leg that the surgery was performed on and a nearby stool. She had no intention on helping me. I had to ask another nurse to help me with the paper gown and booties I was given. I noticed another lady was given a nice cloth gown. Waiting room is drab, uncomfortable with no reading material for those waiting. The patients & transporters were lined up on each wall like ducks in a shooting match. Has anyone heard of interior design? Nurses were unfriendly & insensitive. The nurse who admitted my husband for his colonoscopy talked about his diabetes, questioning his endocrine care, his diet ( the man had not eaten or had a drink in 24 hours ) & telling me (his wife) to watch him.
