TO TAM PROPERTIES OWNER: MY WIFE AND I WERE TENANTS AT LIMESTONE RIDGE. WE HAD TO LEAVE A MONTH EARLY ON OUR LEASE BECAUSE OF SAFETY AND HEALTH ISSUES. MOST OF THESE ISSUES WERE CAUSED BY YOUR CURRENT MANAGER. BY THAT I MEAN SHE FAILED TO ACT TO GUARANTEE OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY AFTER WE BROUGHT SEVERAL INCIDENTS OF HARASSMENT AND THREATS FROM OTHER TENANTS AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS (MOLD) FROM A SEVERE STORM THAT DAMAGED THE CEILING AND CARPETING OF THE MASTER BEDROOM.
