TO TAM PROPERTIES OWNER: MY WIFE AND I WERE TENANTS AT LIMESTONE RIDGE. WE HAD TO LEAVE A MONTH EARLY ON OUR LEASE BECAUSE OF SAFETY AND HEALTH ISSUES. MOST OF THESE ISSUES WERE CAUSED BY YOUR CURRENT MANAGER. BY THAT I MEAN SHE FAILED TO ACT TO GUARANTEE OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY AFTER WE BROUGHT SEVERAL INCIDENTS OF HARASSMENT AND THREATS FROM OTHER TENANTS AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS (MOLD) FROM A SEVERE STORM THAT DAMAGED THE CEILING AND CARPETING OF THE MASTER BEDROOM. The new manager at Limenstone Ridge is excellent, finally some that really know what is doing, she treated me with respect and always made me feel we. come at her office, the property is starting to look amazing! She addressed , concerns in a timely manner verry happy her and ready to renew my lease for one more year.
