All parts of procedure were on time, fully explained, and completed exactly as promised. Nursing staff was kind, professional, and totally focused on patient comfort and safety. Dr. Barrett is a star in every respect.
Excellent care from start to finish.
Go for a colonoscopy, this past Friday (after doing the prep), to be barked at by the front desk to pay the estimate for the procedure. When I heard around $1,800.00, my jaw hit the floor (especially BCBS said it should be $1,300.00 after it was all over). When asking to bill it to me so the amounts are correct, they stated I had a bill from the one in 2022.
