I had an appointment for notary services that I booked online. When I arrived, I was told that the notary was not there because she hadn't checked her appointments. It makes no sense to offer online booking if appointments are not being monitored. I also sent messages and emails to follow up but received no response at all. My time was completely wasted, and the lack of communication was very disappointing. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend this service.
