I absolutely love this vet. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. All staff, vet techs and vets are caring, patient and compassionate. Our dog is fearfully aggressive and we've been bringing here since we adopted him 5 years ago. Everyone at the clinic is absolutely understanding, being as comforting to him as they can be, accommodating him with kindness and patience. Had a terrible experience today. I mistook our appointment time, thinking it was at 9:30 am instead of 8:30 am. There was no reminder sent to my phone, nor any call to ask if I was coming in. When I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly rude, informing me that my appointment had passed and they couldn't see me. We live 40 minutes away, and my cat gets extremely car sick, experiencing drooling, vomiting, and pooping. It was a terrible ordeal for him, only to not be seen today. This place was my vet, I'll be switching the support staff in this clinic is not the best from attitud, To not knowing what they actually are. Went in this morning after not being able to get a vet all night because they closed due to a surgery last night which is fine tried others.
