Terrible communication, was hard just to get ahold of a human being to schedule my appointments in the first place, and god forbid you need to reschedule, it will be an extreme challenge just to get ahold of someone again! Staffing issues all summer long, but apparantly it’s me the customer who is to blame, and at my own expense! I love paying for shots and then missing the window and having to pay for the same shots again, it’s great just like lighting money on fire. But of course, it’s not their fault!
What a friendly and knowledgeable vet clinic...everyone is so wonderful and helpful...made my Sheba feel very comfortable and it's very affordable.. I love this place and will continue to go...my baby was so at home and felt safe thanks again
Worst vet I've ever had the displeasure lf working with. They can not communicate, and they don't care about your pet. I'd recommend just not having a pet in kingston if this is what your options are like.
I absolutely love this vet. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. All staff, vet techs and vets are caring, patient and compassionate. Our dog is fearfully aggressive and we've been bringing here since we adopted him 5 years ago. Everyone at the clinic is absolutely understanding, being as comforting to him as they can be, accommodating him with kindness and patience.
