The staff member who took my call was very responsive and offered an evaluation based on photos before I committed to what may have been an unneccessary appointment. She speedily responded after reviewing the photos with clinical staff and set my mind at ease about the criticality of the situation. Love limestone hospital; people there are on time; take the time to speak to you, to listen to you and reassure you; but what i really appreciate is that they do not do unnecessary tests ; last recent visit they knew what was wrong with remy without having to take blood or xrays etc... so the bill was very reasonable and remy was well again after 1 day or so. Really recommend this hospital
The staff was ready for my appointment when I arrived and the vetrinarian was gentle and professional.
