I've been a member of Limestone Athletics for 8 years. The community here is friendly, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. It feels like a second home. The coaches genuinely care about the success of their members. They take the time to learn each individual's goals and provide personalized guidance and encouragement. The gym itself is always clean and well-maintained. The equipment is in excellent condition, and the atmosphere is positive and energetic. HIghly recommend.
Limestone crossfit is the best physical training room in Kingston in terms of Crossfit, the friendly atmosphere, respectful, the very professional coaches who follow you and encourage you throughout your classes, the morning schedules are made for people who like to training very early in the mornings, I strongly recommend Limestone Crossfit 200%... Thanks Bob,Mike and all staff.
