They will take your entire deposit to foot the bill for their own renovations. Didn't even live here a year and was charged for full carpet replacement when it was at least 5 years old
Lived here for 4 years. Carol was always responsive to maintenance requests, and was always patient and honest whenever we had questions. She gave us a cleaning checklist for moving out, we followed it to the T, and got nearly the entire deposit back.
Great location (1616 W Oak), decent pricing. The manager is good. The maintenance guy helps whenever you need him. Overall only good impressions after 2 years.
BEWARE!! My son is a student at UNT. This was his first apt when he moved out of the dorm. Move in was a nightmare. I arrived with a UHaul. The owner (manager) of the apartment could not be bothered to leave the key. After receiving the key the following day, we entered the apartment. It was filthy, only a surface clean. Carpets were trashed and not cleaned. It wasn’t painted. The counter top in the kitchen wasn’t even glued down. The entire apt smelled like mold. My son went through it with a fine tooth comb.
