I went to Limerick Family Dentistry to not only establish a new dentist in the area, but to also address tooth pain I was having near an existing crown. First, my appointment was at 9AM. I arrived about 5 minutes early as I was anticipating new patient paperwork and found the office to be closed. First of all, I just want to say that I really like Dr. Desai. He cares about your satisfaction and is very skilled in his profession, probably one of the better dentists I’ve ever had so it saddens me to say that I recently had a frustrating experience with this dental office. I received a bill for $69.08 nine months after my initial treatment. A portion of the charges were related to a crown placed in March, but I just got the bill in December, even though the insurance company had already paid the claim in May. Janie whom... read more
