I need to speak with the owner, Steve, about excessive charges, miscommunication, disorganization, and problematic dental work. I have a lot to say here, but I will give it a week to see if this situation gets sorted out and will update my review accordingly.
I had given this location five stars when Dr. Desai was here as him and his staff were simply wonderful in everything before, during, and after the appointment. Whoever this practice is under now is horrible. My appointment was unconfirmed by this new team until the day before even though I had set it up months ago with Dr. Desai's team for a simple check up and cleaning. Not recommended
This place is a fraud. Do not go there. I went there for the first time to get my teeth cleaned. The entire office was empty. There was not a single patient there. An old guy came out and told me he was Dr. so and so. He spent about 5 min cleaning my teeth and his hands were shaking the whole time. I was shocked when he told me he was done. I was not pleased with my visit here. I was looking for a new dentist and purchased a $100 Groupon for a cleaning, xray and exam. I booked in advance, talked about their dental plan moving forward and was excited for my visit. I had to take off work and drive 35 mins and after I arrived and waited, when I went back he told me my teeth didn’t have much plaque and were in good shape.
