The male security guy is very rude and lack of patience to visitors. Maybe it's a good thing for him that he feels so honorable with his security work, at least wearing suit with tie no matter the quality. He talks with people with arrogant tone and weird over-confidence.

I have loved living here over the last 2 years but management really needs to get its act together. We have had ONE functioning elevator for over TWO MONTHS that services a building at full capacity. I should not have to wait 15 minutes after a long work day waiting for an elevator just to get to my unit. It's incredibly unfair to the residents.
