the MUST JOIN gym of NYC with great trainers, including MICHAEL DEAN JOHNSON and the rest of the guys from model trainers. It does not get better. The equipment is BRAND NEW and at any time of day the gym is pristine in it's appearance. I don't think I've ever seen any facility so well maintained. Unquestionably the cleanest fitness center I have ever seen in more than 30 years of training and the staff is phenomenal.
Cancelled entire class programs due to "scheduling changes" with no notice. Unprofessional to say the least. These instructors worked hard to create and develop these classes only to have them unplugged by Limelight Fitness at the last minute. Better to learn about a shady business from the get go than later on. #ThreeBattles will emerge elsewhere. Rock on, MQ.
Nice amenities, but that's about it. Staff are generally unfriendly. I like classes a lot, but most classes here don't focus on proper exercise form; just breaking a sweat at the cost of one's knee or spinal health.
