"Huge shout-out to the pharmacist at I.D.A. Pharmacy on Limebank Road! I was running a couple of days behind picking up my meds because I couldn't get a ride, and he kindly stayed well past closing, until almost 6:30, so I could get them. Now that's what you call service! That's exactly why I don't go to Costco or Shoppers. Two thumbs up!"
Very helpful and patiently helped us with questions, good customer service.
Vishal the Pharmacist most recently provided exceptional customer service. He went up and beyond in assisting me with an issue I had with my insurance company. He was in contact with me on three different occasions providing me with updates. I would highly recommend this pharmacy as their personal customer service approach is much appreciated and welcomed.
Nice pharmacy.
