A good selection of pharmacy products do give me something to see and buy either before or after my doctor appointment. The door directly to the doctor office needs a push plate.
Horrible experience at this pharmacy.
Overall my experience with this pharmacy is terrible and I should have known better than to deal with a small company. No medication available (out of stock) lol, hours of operation suck and Pharmacist is very unprofessional by screaming at me. I will take my expensive business elsewhere for better experience and service. I suggest you do the same.
Suspension of a medication for an infant was not prepared properly. I could see the specks of the crushed tablet in the clear liquid, so when giving the medication the dose could vary significantly. I filled the same prescription at the IDA pharmacy inside CHEO and the suspension had no specks and was properly blended. Also, the 2nd time we filled the same medication at this pharmacy, the pharmacist told us the wrong amount of medication to give - less milliliters than previously prescribed. I'm so glad that I switched to the IDA. The staff are kind (even giving a syringe with liquid antibiotics), the service is fast, and the dispensing fee is reasonable.
