Great place! – For those of you who like the typical americanized mexican food, don't even bother coming here; you won't like it. HOWEVER, if you like AUTHENTIC mexican food with a twist, then definitely THIS place is excellent. No chips and queso dip or ground beef tacos here, this is the real deal. Bad food, Too loud – I had been looking forward to going to lime and I was beyond disappointed. It's so loud in the place that I couldn't hear what my friends were saying across the table, we had to yell to each other. The food was awful, I'm a picky eater so I found nothing I wanted but my two friends aren't and they also saw nothing they wanted. Superb Quality, and strong drinks! – Just stopped in yesterday, and had a great time.. I was recommended the chicken dish by the bartender Johnny, he did a wonderful job, very nice guy, and was very professional. I had 3 drinks, and loved them.. the drinks here are amazing, excellent quality, very nice pours, they use fresh juices in all their drinks, which really adds to the quality of the drinks here. Don't believe what you read ! – The reviews on this site which gave Lime Taqueria 5 stars are people who work or have an interest in this restaurant's success. The food is really substandard considering all the hype about this imported Mexican chef. The ceilings are too high, probably intented to create an exciting atmosphere, but the hardwood painted furniture and cement floors allow for no sound dampening so this is basically a concert auditorium. Bland and Uninspired Food – The only redeeming qualities of this sub par offering are the bar. and the decor The menu is creative, however the taste is bland and uninspired. We tried a variety of tacos, and one out of six I would have again. The lobster taco had such a horrible seafood taste; if you want a real lobster taco try Nuevo Loredo or Nava. CHIC , ELEGANT, FANTASTIC FOOD, NO MORE WORDS TO DESCRIBE IT. – BEAUTIFUL SETTING AND EXQUISITE DISHES, IS WHAT SETS THIS RESTAURANT APART FROM OTHERS. FORGET THE BARS AND RESTAURANTS NIN BUCKHEAD AND MIDTOWN. IT IS WELL WORTH GOING TO VININGS AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF. THE OWNERS WILLIE AND JESSY, HAVE USED THEIR EXPERTIES AND KNOWLEDGE TO TRULLY CREAT A MASTERPIECE IN DINNING AND SERVICE. Fabulous New Restaurant – As with anything, you get what you pay for. This by far, is not your typical Americano-Mexican place you find in your neighbourhood mini shopping centre, where they serve stale chips, and white queso dip; which is never served in Mexico. Deliscious!! – The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The owners actually made a point to meet our table, offer us complimentary desserts, and make us feel welcome. You can?t compare this dining establishment to your regular old hole in the wall Mexican restaurant with "chips and salsa." This is Mexican and Latin CUISINE. It's about time an upscale Latin influence arrived in Smyrna.
