There are good people at Lime Realty. Unfortunately, they support an awful new home construction builder, Diampnd Rock Builders. With new construction there are always issues due to the amount of detail involved in building a new home. This is understandable. We've had new construction homes in the past and this has been the case in all of them. The key for us has been how bad the issues are and how responsive they are at fixing them.
