Beware of this place- the Property Managers, Sue and Rusty are crooks. They will find a way to keep your deposit no matter how hard you work on move out day, so just kiss it goodbye when you move in.
I have lived here for a year and a half and my experience has been nothing short of incredible. Honestly, this apartment complex is all I could ask for. It's less than a mile from the beach, super close to the village and Sue and Rusty are the best. They're always working to keep everyone updated and keep everyone happy.
My family members live here. Rent is too high and is roach infested.
